At Quilt in a Day, we want you to be completely satisfied with your quilting supplies and patterns. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your item's eligibility.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused fabric, notions, or books in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your return package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
