How long does shipping take for fabric and kits?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
What is your return policy on cut fabric?
Due to the custom nature of our products, cut fabric and patterns are non-returnable. However, if there is a defect or an error in your order, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do your quilt kits include the backing and batting?
Most of our kits include the fabric for the quilt top and binding. Backing and batting are typically sold separately to allow you to choose your preferred loft and material.
Are the fabrics pre-shrunk before they are sent?
No, our premium cotton fabrics are not pre-shrunk. We recommend following the manufacturer's care instructions or pre-washing if you prefer to work with shrunk materials.
Do you offer international shipping?
